Configure your account for optimal performance

Properly configuring your DripEmails account ensures smooth operation and optimal deliverability. Follow this guide to set up your account correctly.

Profile Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Update your profile information:
    • Full name
    • Company name
    • Contact email
    • Time zone
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Email Sending Settings

From Address

Set your default "From" email address and name that will appear in recipient inboxes:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Email Settings
  2. Enter your sender email address
  3. Enter your sender name (e.g., "John from Company")
  4. Add a reply-to address if different from sender

⚠️ Important: Use an email address from your domain for better deliverability.

Time Zone

Set your time zone so scheduled campaigns send at the correct time. Go to Settings → General and select your time zone from the dropdown.

Notification Preferences

Choose which email notifications you want to receive:

  • Campaign sent confirmations
  • Daily/weekly performance summaries
  • New subscriber notifications
  • Bounce and complaint alerts

Security Settings

Change Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

✅ Best Practice: Use a strong, unique password with at least 12 characters.

API Access

If you plan to integrate DripEmails with other applications:

  1. Navigate to Settings → API
  2. Click "Generate API Key"
  3. Copy and store your API key securely
  4. Never share your API key publicly
